Proceed out about 75 to 100 feet, and you’ll come across the reef. There is also a nice dive/snorkel center in the West End- Stuart’s Cove that is highly rated.
Half Moon Lagoon Aqua Park
The Half Moon Lagoon Aqua Park, located right on Half Moon Cay’s main beach, near the Fort San Salvador Welcome Center and the Bahamian Village. Kids can zoom down a waterslide designed to resemble a shipwreck, splash around a water-filled playground and fire the water cannons of a pirate ship.
Half Moon Cay Playground
Half Moon Cay has a playground and a basketball court in addition to activities on the beach with the entertainment staff. It is a sandy area with slides, pirate-ship structures, swings and see saws. Families enjoy the water playground with a slide, the supervised drop-off play area, and the teen-only area.
The non-denominational Bahamian chapel overlooks the sea and gives couples the opportunity to renew their wedding vows in a rustic and tropical setting.
